Score = clean percentage (analytes not detected / total tested) + bonuses for PFAS ND (+3), microplastics ND (+2), heavy metals all clear (+2), and broad analyte coverage (+1-2) - penalties for limit exceedances (-5 each). All data extracted from independent third-party COA reports.
Products without a COA are capped at 50 and marked as unverified. Partial verification (incomplete panel coverage) caps at 70. Self-reported manufacturer data caps at 60. Only products with full independent COA verification can score above 70.
